Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, or operational conditions.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options, carriers, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout when available. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Smart Buy Graphic Supplies is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is chosen at checkout, customers will be notified when their order is ready. Orders must be picked up within a reasonable timeframe of 14 days after notification.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within Puerto Rico and continental United States.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Smart Buy Graphic Supplies is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, customers must contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we may assist in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
