Return Policy

At Smart Buy Graphic Supplies, all sales are considered final once an order has been correctly processed and dispatched without errors.

No Returns or Refunds

Products that have been sold, processed, and delivered correctly are not eligible for return or refund.

We do not issue cash or original payment refunds under any circumstances.

Eligible Exchanges or Store Credit

An exchange or store credit may be considered only if:

The product is returned in its original condition
The product is unused
The packaging is unopened and undamaged
The request is made within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Any approved return or exchange will be issued as store credit only, redeemable for future purchases at Smart Buy Graphic Supplies.

Exceptions Required by Law

Returns, exchanges, or credits may also be processed in situations required under the Reglamento de Prácticas Comerciales del Departamento de Asuntos del Consumidor (DACO) of Puerto Rico, when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Opened products
Used products
Special orders
Custom-cut or customized materials

Inspection Rights

Smart Buy Graphic Supplies reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any exchange or store credit.
